What do you think, if you have to expand bussiness to internationlly?

a good friend of mine ask me one day, if he can possibly expand his business to mostly overseas.
I also have partnership with him for 1 company already, but as he also have few offline family business like milk dairy, strawberry farms & flowers related. So, what do you think? Is it good idea? I'm very confuse rite now.
