Best places to learn programming

OK this is subjective to who ever is writing it I am sure AS we all have some different ideas and opinions, But for new programmers I wanted to give my advice on what got me through with very detailed explanations my reviews is based on a scale of 1-5 and shall be updated regularly the more I study

is probably the best site for a c++ tutorial site. They give you in detail everything you need to learn and understand it
