Suspended from Adwords need a new ppc for online dating niche?

Hey, Everyone I was recently suspended from Adwords for an apparent violation that they can't pin point? If you search Adwords you'll find dozens of stories like mine.
Anyway I need a new PPC platform for my free online dating site. Anyone have any cost effective solutions. I know about Facebook hasn't worked for me.
My dating website is free to join and it was converting pretty well on adwords it's not in the x-rated adult niche.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
