The best way to get more youtube video view

Hey there,
We are a non-profit organization in a small country called Cambodia. We are working to achieve lasting improvements in the quality of life of deprived children, young people and their communities.
And now it's so struggle to get funding, so we have decide to make some donation, money online. we made a youtube channel and made some videos.
The question is : how can we earn more views on youtube? we already share in facebook, email… but still seem no success.
