Any auto post wordpress social plugin ?

In Joomla, we use a nice tool called Auto NG Pro, which auto posts our new posts, even any modified or re-saved posts autoamtically to FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+ .
Is there any such tool or plugin for wordpress ?
I use networked blogs now, but it only posts new posts. I need something, which would even auto post, the ones which I EDIT and SAVE.
In short, I want to periodically auto post my blog posts, which I think is most famous, time to time to my social profiles.
