My Adsense approval rejected twice for www.enventeck.com. WHY?

This is going to be very frustrating for me. Twice Google rejected my adsense approval for my site http://www.enventeck.com
Site is based on Technology niche and has fair numbers of post and content.
Site is ranking high on almost all top search engines.
Can you guys review http://www.enventeck.com and give suggestions?
