heybitch.net – live since 2009, still has PR

Want to sell this website heybitch.net, it still has PR1 and receives around ~200-~300 uv/day.
I want to sell it because I don't have time to work on this one anymore.
Revenue is very little now, but I believe this site has alot of potential. This site used to bring me alot of money.
