Meridiancare Health Care (http://www.meridiancare.co.uk/site/index.php) leave unqualified teenage on work experience UNSUPERVISED looking after old people. This often results in accidents and old people being hurt. An example of this is an old lady who spoilt hot tea down then self an the work experience person couldn't find anybody to help for 15 mins.
