Indians – have you ever been able to purchase anything from your SBI VCC ?

I am not able to do it for Godaddy (though the currency of payment is INR).
Let me know if anyone of you have ever had success with it?
If not domains, have you ever been able to purchase anything from your SBI VCC ?
