Any suggestions for Contact us plugin

I need a contact us page plug in (free). Any suggestions for the best option.. I went really down while finding the one for my WP site. Almost all consist of ads.. or let me know how to create a form for contact us page. I am new at wordpress (its my first blogging experience) and looking for a solution urgently..
