My journey to 30 visitors a day

Hi launched the site and started putting contents. Did some mistakes but finaly learned.
And as of now i am getting minimum 30 visitors daily from google.
Various things i did are:
1. Unique content(My site is UGC, had a strong admin control)
2. Backlinks (Few but quality)
3. Unique design of site
4. Had a daily view on webmaster messages. Any error was rectified at earliest
And still learning. Site is(cant paste the link)
