How Long Before Youtube Evaluates a Reported Video?

I ask because someone just reported the video that I uploaded (he said so in the comments), but I'm not sure if the report will taken seriously. In other words, I'm not sure if my video even violates the guidelines.
But I am planning to start a link building campaign to that video to rank it high in Google, hence why I ask how long it takes for a reported video to be evaluated by Google. Because I don't like to start link building now only for the video to be removed a couple of days later….
