Paypal Dispute problem – urgent help

I am not sure how paypal can create chargeback or dispute after 6 months ?
I got this payment before 6 month for site selling and after 6 month he create chargeback on his credit card. I sent email so he told me that traffic is going down. he is stupid but i want to know what i can do for this please help me.
