Help needed for Online Reputation Management

Hi,
I am assigned to work in Online Reputation Management. I need to remove one Negative YouTube video on Google's first page. So I am concentrating on related my YouTube video and change Title, Description and Keywords now I am building do-follow backlink for my video is it enough? or any other methods available. Please help me
