iPage rants? Let us share here

I have always had a bunch of problems with ipage shared hosting and their customer service. I wanted to start a thread here to let others know about ipages service, so they can decide to go with them or not. To list, here are some.
1. unlimited is not unlimited. They keep suspend your account noting that they are getting lot of requests and putting load on servers
2. Customer service average response time is 2 to 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, it is real.
