Few questions about Facebooks ads, Bing ads and YSM

I've used to deal a lot with PPC a few years ago, and now I'm trying to get on board again, but I'm a little confused and have a few questions:
1. I've used to have a Microsoft adcenter account, and a YSM account. I know that I had cancelled their campaigns, but I'm wondering what happened to theses accounts as there was a YSM/Bing merger? were they automatically shut down?
