PR0 Frontpage Link Exchanges – Multiple Niches

As the title says. I'm looking for some simple frontpage/sitewide link exchanges with other PR0 related sites. Although these sites are currently PR0 there is a good chance they should go up in the next update.
-Only frontpage/sitewide/blogroll links
-No free blogs (blogspot, blogger..etc)
-No spammy sites or sites with in-content links all over the place
