Cpanel and kloxo on same vps?

I an in a bit of a problem with a vps whose cpanel license has expured.
I need to modify bandwidth quota for one of the account resident in this vps. However as cpanel/whm license has expired, i can't figure out how to it.
Can i install a second cpanel likezpanel or kloxo without touching the expired cpanel?
Or
Is there any other way for me to login tovps and modify one of the website's bandwidth quota?
