Is E-whoring legal or illegal? Consequences?

For those of you who don't know what E-Whoring is,
Basically you create a profile of a girl who sells her pictures or videos for money, there is a lot of software which allows you to create very real looking shows for people who pay them a fee which I can have access too so I can essentially e-whore for myself.
