Adsense for sanctioned country user

Dear All,
I'm from Iran and would like to setup adsense.
I have a website in English and have a good traffic.
I use personal server vpn to connect to the net. (US IP)
Will it be a problem if I create an account with Switzerland address
and also add my Switzerland Bank account ?
Any suggestions appreciated.
