unnatural inbound links in google webmaster tools

I got the message in my webmaster tools account about unnatural inbound links and google give manual penalty now my all ranking dropped my visitor now only 40-50 organic from 300 -400. anyways I worked to remove all links a create the excel file and also disavow some links and send the reconsideration request to google with that excel sheet almost one week ago.
Now I want to ask you how much time it will take to revoke this penalty.
