Looking for replacement for adsense

Hi. I own a website that was banned a few months back for "gambling" based on the silly Google crawl bots and of course like 99% of the appeals was denied. The website I run is based around gaming and one of the features we offer is a gaming ladder. Since it is impossible to ever get in contact with a non-robot in their company I have given up on working with them.
I am in search of a new high CPM publishing network that my website can work with. My traffic is as follows:
