Need true info about gboxapp

From many days I have been hearing the name of gboxapp, already I searched in google by typing "gboxapp", I found many information about it, some comments are in stands for it & some are opposite of this gboxapp. but I need to know which one is correct? One tell it is malware & others tell it is cool. could you please to tell me which one is true?
