What is the best tool to record screen?

I'm looking for the best tool for screen recording in order to make video tutorial. Video should be good enough for best e-learning sites like udemy.com.
I've already started with Adobe captivate 7 trial version and thinking about subscribing after trial expires. It has some features that are truly wonderful, like software simulation, quiz…
