Website Indexed in Google but not Bing or Yahoo

We have a website that is not being indexed by both Bing and Yahoo even though we can see the site being crawled within the Bing Webmaster account.
Its been several months now since we claimed the website by uploading the token and submitting a sitemap. We also verified the robots.txt file is working. The .htaccess is setup correctly to crawl every page but still the site is not being indexed.
