Servers and SEO

Our website is set on a load balancer where it is on supposed to sync back and forth between 2 servers (i.e. -Server 1 and Server 2).
I noticed that there are times when the servers are not in sync. Server 1 has an updated version of the website and Server 2 has the older version that does not match Server 1.
I made an update to our website and asked a co-worker to check out the changes that I made on her end. She said she didn't see the changes that I made and we ruled out clearing cache,…
