How to use blogger on custom domain?

I have a domain name. And i can't pay for hosting anymore.
So I want to use blogger for my domain name. Currently I am using JustHost Hosting.
Can anybody please temme how to move to blogger with custom domain name?
I know there is something callded CNAME which is used to redirect but I am unable to understand how to move to blogger.
Please can anybody temme how to move from JustHost to Blogger?
