Anyone heard of my2webs.com? “Adsense Disable proof accounts”

Hi, I have just had my Adsense closed despite me checking every day that my site was complying with their policies. I lost £13,000 to them.
I have come across a site my2webs.com that offers disable proof accounts, and I'm wondering whether anyone else has ever used/ heard of them?
