Animated Gif in Email marketing campaign

Hi,
Has anyone of you ever used a massive animated gif in an email marketing campaign?
Something like this:

I wonder what antispam filter will do out of that?
Also I wonder what's the impact?
The service I am promoting could very well use something like this… but I am worried it would tag me as a spammer for ever…
