Can not sell site bought it since 2011

Hello dears,
I'm unable to sell website that i've bought it since 2011 and found listed here in digitalpoint and it gives me error "This domain is already listed over here. You can use the Bump/Relist option on that listing."
However in previous answer it was said that must at least 6 months passed in order to sell domain/sites that been already listed before in DP
The thread was on Dec 11, 2010 !!
