Xenforo Theme/coding, Logo & WordPress Theme/coding

I require someone confident to create a Xenforo theme to Xenforo 1.2 standards and coded for implementation. I also require a logo to be designed. I may also require a matching wordpress theme but this is not 100% final.
The most important requirement is the ability to design and code the Xenforo theme. Please leave your details and I'll contact you further regarding my requirements.
