What is the maximum facebook coupon/voucher code?

I've seen several $50 facebook voucher offers selling for cheap prices. Please clear my questions:
1) Do FB provide vouchers with more than $50 value?
2) Is it fine with facebook terms if we use vouchers (again and again) for the same business/product ad?
