Website is not showing in google even when i search with extension

Hi,
My site was down due to server error from 28th August noon to 30th August Morning, after that my site was live. Now the problem is when i check with the domain keyword in google, it doesn't show my site or site links, FB links shows up and it to on 1st.
I had checked with GWMT and i even fetch the url but there is of no use. This had effected my Organic traffic and sale. Please let me know what is the solution?
Will my site will be back?
