Want To Change Web Hosts – Advice?

Hey guys, I have been a customer of Hostgator's for a few years. I have been having problems with their service as of late. They only allow a certain amount of email connections… long story.
Looking for advice on a new hosting company that I can instantly upload my cpanel backup so the transition would be seamless. Also need an SSL.
