Most lucrative ways

Imagine you have a visitor that will do anything you ask to get what you promise.
What is the most lucrative way to setup a website with this assumption?
(I'm thinking about websites like "nicki minaj sextape" (do this and you'll get the video) one time I almost did one of that surveys where you must insert your cellphone or something.. by the way do people really do that stuff? are they lucrative?)
