Keyword Ranking estimates as per competition

I need to create a ranking estimate for a ecommerce client basically dealing in b2b services in uk. Can anyone help me in giving the ranking estimations as per keyword competition based on google adwords(High low medium) or as per number of words in phrases like 2 words keywords, 3 words and 4 words.
I want to create an estimate for monthly basis like which keywords can rank in 2 months, 3 months or so.
