SEO for blogspot?

So I just started my first blogspot blog: http://insurance-reviews-australia.blogspot.com and now have a question about SEO.
What should I make the URL be when it is being linked from another website? Right now, the TLD of blogspot changes depending on where the user is from. So if the user is from USA, the URL will end with blogspot.com but if they are from Australia it will end with blogspot.com.au
When I submit my blog to directories for example, which TLD should I use? .com or .com.au?…
