Simple PHP redirect script needed asap

Hi,
I need a simply PHP redirect script built asap.
I have a site i.e. http://www.mysite.com
I want to redirect traffic via this website, making the referer show as http:/www.mysite.com/search.php
I want to redirect to a link like this:
http://redirect.viglink.com?key=01aeb21dac8fffa231967c1bc8f78802&u=http://www.buzzbliss.com
So the script should work like this:
Traffic is sent to…
