Problem with 1freehosting.com

Please help as am in deep trouble.
I have a WordPress site (infographicsvillage.com) hosted with 1freehosting.com (free). Since 21st of this month it's showing "Your domain Exceeded Server CPU. It will not be available for 24 hours."
It's past 72 hrs, but still the same thing is showing whenever i'm trying to access my account.
I can't even login into my admin panel in order to get backup data.
Could anybody please help me get a solution to this. Or, an alternative way to get the xml data….
