Installing WordPress Theme

Dear All,
i have a wordpress theme. when i try to install on wordpress it gives an error "The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the <code>style.css</code> stylesheet." even i have all complete script and also i have style.css in it. can anyone tell me why not this script installed. am trying to install it at blog5.net
