Hello @digitalpoint,
This is to bring in to your notice that some people are placing bid through their false IDs in BST section without making any payment. I think that if a user finds a competitive thread then he/she places the bid to close the thread without making any payment and later on they place a similar thread from a different ID. Please look on to this matter and make the system in such a way that nobody would be able to place the bid without making any payment.
