can i use entropay vcc with 2checkout

hello all, i am from india. I want to buy a vps from a uk host. I dont have a paypal account. So i am thinking of making payment through entropay vcc. Does entropay work with 2checkout?
Also can pay small amounts like 4$ or 7$ through entropay vcc? Plz reply me soon.
