Does AdWords Enhanced Campaigns Offer Keyword Level Bid Adjustments?

Hi All,
Google AdWords's new successor is on line-up now. It is called as "AdWords Enhanced Campaign". Google has announced it on February 2013 and it is in auto-upgrade process for all the previous AdWords Campaign starting July 22 2013.
I have read a bunch of help resources offered by Google, but in a doubt about one thing. A new bidding method has been offered by Enhanced campaign (called as "Bid Adjustments) that can be implemented at Campaign and Ad Group level. But does this bid…
