Best way to market your website to attract sales+visitor

Hey,
I was wondering what are the best way to market to attract visitor with high sales conversion. We're an online shop, have the website nicely with great design, high secure checkout cart, easy browse access for customers, and newly products added every now and then.
But I would like to know the tricks to get our website out there, we've tried advertisement company.
