How does Big G treat ccTDL’s in theyr authority country?Anyone?

I have a .CX domain.I was wonderring, since .CX stands for Christmas Island witch is under the authority of Australia,would it be treated like .com.au in Australia's google?
Anyone ever asked himself that about a ccTDL?
