Do I need to create a separate sitemap for my blog after buying a custom domain?

I have a blog techxcyt.blogspot.com which has currently been registered to a domain and now it is: techxcyt.com . Everything is good but when I go inside Google webmasters, it is showing me two sites. 1)with techxcyt.blogspot.com and 2)with only techxcyt.com . When I click on techxcyt.com, I see no sitemap has been added. It is asking me to add one, but on the tehxcyt.blogspot.com there is a sitemap running and indexing, crawling is well going on.
