Need Help with setup of AWS (Amazon Web Services)

I need help with AWS EC2, database, files to upload, cakephp application setup over AWS product. You will need to have a proven work record with AWS to be considered.
Some features and setup has been done, need help to complete the setup. The work would be approximately 5-10 hours of work for the right person.
