Need help from Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish and Canadian people (–>about filesharing)

I have a project which contains filesharing (.mp3 and .pdf) but not mainly. It is a dream of mine to build a community for people with the same scholastic / intellectual interests.
It will be non-commercial / non-profit.
No ads, no marketplace, no search engine optimization, not gaining money in any sort.
The music content will NOT be in English nor will it be popular (charts), that would mean no DMCA.
But in many countries it does not matter what is your purpose. They forbid…
