HI new here,questions about marketplace?someone help.CONFUSED

I am wondering why i cannot post on the marketplace of the forum..buy,sell and trade section. I have interesting offer to sell but cannot post. I tried to read and it said 48 hours after registration,wondering why i cannot post that my account is more than 48 hours upon registration
What did i miss.? Can someone help me PLZZZ
