Site with lots of free downloads – no revenue is OK!

Hi Everyone,
I am looking to buy a site or two that has a lot of files downloaded, whether it be a freebie site, youtube to mp3 site, wallpaper site, etc. Doesnt matter.
Like I said, looking for lots of downloads (and traffic), but revenue doesnt matter.
Budget is $xx-xxx
